Barnacles, sea urchin and seaweeds are the main ingredients of our delicatessen, in proportions of 55% or more according as the speciality.
The meat of barnacle is one of the most appreciated of all seafood, because of its intense flavour of sea and also by the risk and hardness associated with their capture.
Sea urchin and seaweeds are collected one by one from our seashores by skilled divers, provide diversity of marine notes, flavours and textures to the palate. The specimens with which we make the delicacies that we present come from sustainable and artisanal fisheries from the Galician coast and are certified with the mark of the Xunta de Galicia: “ PescadeRías ¿de onde se non?” , which guarantees its provenance, freshness and quality.
Our range of delicatessen is known for its exquisite and evocative marine flavour, 100% natural, without preservatives or food colouring and as a most important source of omega 3.
